After identifying your specific needs, we will configure a tailored package of visits and services. Individual attention will be given to all special demands.
“While away” services
- Security management: interior and exterior inspections (water, electricity, heating, swimming-pool, alarm or security issues).
- Correspondance and communication: redirection of mail and bills, ordering / reception of fuel (wood, gas, oil). will supply you with regular updates : reports of our inspections and maintenance recommendations
“Before and after your stay” services
- Inside: Activation / deactivation of water supplies, electricity, heating. Cleaning, and airing of your home. Fresh linen and towels.
- Outside: Garden maintenance (snow-clearing, watering, grass-cutting, patio upkeep), pool maintenance (cleaning, chemical top-ups …)
Maintenance – repair work
We will either deal with repair work personally or arrange for sub-contractors, in which case we will coordinate and oversee the work and ensure workers have access to your property.
All minor repair work and maintenance will be carried out by our team (electrical repairs, painting, odd jobs).
Finishing touches
Car hiring, shopping , home cooking , holiday entertainment bookings, activities for children, dry-cleaning and laundery…
For example : You would like a hot meal or fresh food on arrival. Let us know a few days in advance what you fancy eating and “Bienvenue chez vous” will have it ready and waiting !
